The Home Building Process
Our building superintendent´s main job is to
get your new home done on time and within
budget. He is committed to making the
building process go smoothly for you. At the
outset, our superintendent reviews your
selections, and presents the finalized budget,
building agreement, and timetable for your
approval. Once you have finalized the
agreement, he orders the materials,
schedules the builders, and gets your house
underway. Once construction is in progress,
our superintendent visits your work site
every day, updates you on progress,
consults with you on questions, and addresses your concerns. He is there to keep the work on schedule, make sure everything goes smoothly, and give you peace of mind during the building process.
